3. QR Code Verification
The app generates QR codes for appointment and prescription verification.
These QR codes contain a secure reference ID used to validate authenticity through the Sehat Sangini system.
No sensitive personal medical data is directly stored inside the QR code.
QR codes are used only for verification purposes and may have limited validity duration.
Users are responsible for keeping their QR codes secure and should not share them publicly.
QR-based verification confirms document authenticity within the Sehat Sangini system only.
4. Health Documents
Users may upload health documents such as prescriptions or medical reports for personal record keeping.
Digital prescriptions generated by doctors during consultations may also be automatically stored in the user's health document section for easy access and future reference.
These documents are stored securely and are visible only to the user and authorized clinic staff involved in the consultation.
The app does not verify the authenticity or accuracy of uploaded documents. Users are responsible for the information they provide or upload.
5. Camera and Media Access
Sehat Sangini may request access to the device camera and photo gallery to allow users to:
• Upload medical reports for AI-based explanation
• Upload medical documents for secure storage
• Upload doctor-related assets such as logo, signature, stamp, profile photo, and watermark for prescription generation
• Scan QR codes for appointment and prescription verification
The camera is accessed only when the user explicitly chooses to scan a QR code.
The photo gallery is accessed only when the user selects files to upload.
The app does not record videos or capture photos in the background. Camera access is used strictly for QR code scanning functionality only.
No photos, videos, or media files are collected, accessed, or stored without user action. The app does not access media in the background.
All selected files are used only for the requested feature and are not shared with any third parties.

The app may maintain a health timeline that displays a chronological record of patient visits, consultation details, vital measurements, and doctor notes generated during clinic appointments.
